A Great Eye-dea!
One family decided to do something different whilst most of us were sitting down to eat our Christmas dinner.

CBM supporters - Anne and Vincent Cosimini from St. Albans, Hertfordshire, decided to make a difference at Christmas by encouraging five of their grandchildren to wear eye-patches whilst eating their Christmas dinner.
Anne Cosimini told CBM, "The children were happy to wear the patches but soon got frustrated with their limited vision".
The couple hoped that that the whole activity would help their grandchildren to understand that it isn't easy to live with a visual impairment.
Grandson, Connor Cosimini added; "I was really happy to share my Christmas so that someone else may see".
CBM would like to thank the Cosimini family for raising a fantastic £120.00 by such innovative means. Their donation will give the gift of sight to people with visual impairment or blindness around the world.
