Accessibility
This new website was launched in 2007 as part our 'CBM' re-branding process.
It was developed and tested across Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0, Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.6 and Safari, which we had identified from our internet traffic reports, as being the four most common browsers used to view our old website. These browsers are freely available to download and it is advisable that you keep your browser software up to date. Mozilla Firefox is the recommended web browser for viewing this site.
JavaScript
Our site requires the user to have their browser's JavaScript switched on in order for them to take advantage of our breadcrumbs navigation (the clickable trail that appears just above the 'Accessibility' page title), our RSS News Feeds and our Google driven Project Maps. Nearly all browsers have their JavaScript switched on by default but without it, our site will not operate or appear as intended.
To switch your JavaScript on, please follow these simple steps:
Text Size
Users wishing to enlarge the text of this site should do so using their browser's own Text Size feature.
For Microsoft users, this feature can be found in the browser's Page menu, under the option Text Size.
For Firefox users, this feature can be found in the browser's View menu, under the option Text Size.
For Safari users, this feature can be found in the browser's View menu.
Document Downloads
A number of documents are available on this site for download. Each document has the file size stated alongside it, allowing the user to estimate how long the file will take to download via their internet connection. The file type is also displayed, often as a application icon.
Some files are in PDF format and therefore the user may wish to install PDF reading software like Adobe Acrobat Reader which is freely available to download.
Whilst all attempts are made to ensure that downloaded files from this site do not contain any virus material, the user downloads files at their own risk. CBM will not be held liable for any data loss or damage made to any device as a result of downloading from our site or from any third party linked sites.
Screen Resolution
The site is best viewed in a browser window that is wider than 800 pixels.
