Advocacy in the UK
Advocacy is crucially important to CBM UK.
Advocacy aims to widen the scope of development politics so that it can reach more people with disabilities.
Advocacy activities are led from the UK office. We actively participate in advocacy events and regularly collaborate with other Non-Goverment Organisations (NGOs). We also lobby government departments for policy change, and to maintain the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
