Chief Executive

CBM (formerly the Christian Blind Mission) was founded in 1908 and is the largest Christian charity promoting the rights and services for persons with disabilities in low income regions of the world.  CBM is currently looking for an exceptional person to succeed Dr. Bill McAllister as Chief Executive.

His successor will be an experienced leader who is excited by the challenge of continuing to build CBM's stature, profile and finances in the UK as part of an international network which has an overall cash income of £100 million per annum. The next CEO will have a genuine empathy and passion for CBM's mission to improve the lives of people with disabilities.

A successful track record in senior management, whether in the international development, public or commercial sectors, will be essential. Candidates will have a background in marketing, communications and/or fundraising and be able to lead a value-based work force.
