Emergency Appeals
CBM UK's current Emergency Appeal is in response to the earthquake in Haiti on 12th January 2010. Please support our work.
CBM UK previously ran the following Emergency Appeals.
- Devastation in Southern Asia (October 2009)
- Emergency in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (November 2008)
- India Floods Emergency (September 2008)
- The Myanmar (Burma) Cyclone (April/May 2008)
Our appeals aim to provide immediate and longterm treatment and rehabilitation to people who have a disability or are at risk of disability.
In most cases, CBM has established partner projects within the affected country and will work closely with local partners, communities and governments to ensure that the highest level of care and support can be given to those who are most in need.
