Hundreds of thousands of pounds of medical equipment is waiting to leave the country. Please help us to ship it to those who need it.
Each year medical equipment and supplies which are no longer needed are donated to CBM, who then ship it to hospitals in other parts of the world. Many of the hospitals in poorer countries rely on this recycled equipment. Some of it is everyday medical supplies like bandages, but some is vital equipment for life-saving purposes.

CBM works with 40 NHS hospitals to collect, clean and fully reservice re-useable equipment that has been renewed as part of the NHS rolling replacement programme. All of this is provided free of charge for CBM to send to its projects, but the costs to ship the equipment is considerable.
During the last year, CBM has successfully shipped essential equipment to countries including Tanzania, Guinea, Uganda, Malawi, Papua New Guinea and Pakistan.
Donated equipment is a massive life-line to our project workers, Doctors, nurses and medical staff who are working in challenging conditions. The work of our surgeons is unending, and modern medical appliances allow them to work faster and more effectively, giving accurate diagnoses and allowing the best treatment.
We are waiting to send 3 large shipping containers of equipment but urgently need to raise the funds for shipping. Could you help towards the cost of transportation?
With your help, CBM can ensure donated equipment gets to the places and people that need it most.
Could you help towards the cost of transportation?
A gift of £20 from 250 donors will help to get one container shipped.
A gift of £40 could go towards a second container.
A gift of £60 could help towards getting all 3 containers shipped.
