CBM UK has 6 places available to runners who would like to take part in the ASICS British 10k London Run on Sunday 11th July 2010 at 9.35am.
The run, which is now in its tenth year, takes you and thousands of other runners around England's capital and past many historic and well known landmarks.
CBM supporters have taken part in the ASICS run before, raising money to support our disability work overseas. If you would like to apply for one of the six CBM places, then please download the application form below. Your completed, signed application form MUST reach us BY NOON on Thursday 1st July.

We will not be able to enter you for the run without your signed and completed application form, or after the cut-off time/date.

After we have received your completed race application, we will contact you. If we have a place available for you, we will then send you the official run pack containing your runner number, event information and other items by Recorded Delivery to help ensure that your day and your fundraising are a success.
If you are running for CBM UK this year, then you might like to know that it has become increasingly easy to gain sponsorship and publicity by setting up an online donation page. Most CBM runners choose to use JustGiving to set up their sponsor page - it's easy to set up and even easier for people to sponsor you.
