The following examples show ways in which any size donation will make a difference to our work:

One of our supporting trusts wanted to fund a CBM project with an aim to reduce blindness by delivering essential eye care services to people in remote parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo. They have granted a total of £33,000, spread over 3 years, to provide medical outreach services to those who are most in need.

This generous grant includes the training of Community Health Workers and their trainers too, as well as funding surgeries and awareness campaigns. By funding these elements, they are helping CBM provide the treatment that is urgently needed, as well as building skills for the future.
