Volunteer with CBM

You'll be amazed when you see the difference your contribution has made!

Here at CBM, we have a wide range of volunteer opportunities throughout the United Kingdom to suit your interests and available time.

You will find that volunteering with us is rewarding and challenging and you'll know that you are helping to make a difference to the lives of disabled people who live in some of the poorest parts of the world.

We're always happy to hear from people interested in helping us, whether you only have a few hours spare, or are looking for some more regular experience.

No matter what your time or skills are, volunteering can be incredibly rewarding. Even something as simple as helping to spread the word about CBM's work, really can make a difference.

Volunteering with CBM can also give you the opportunity to learn new skills or update some of your older ones.  We would love to hear from you if you would like to get involved with fundraising, social media, writing content, supporter care, administration, and community/school/church ambassadors.

Please do contact us at volunteer@cbmuk.org.uk to find out how you can help us in your local area.

A few words from two of our long-standing volunteers:

"Whilst visiting Vietnam, my husband and I saw first-hand the life-changing impact of CBM's work on the lives of the poorest of the poor. CBM is empowering people to change their own lives." - Gill Godber, volunteer Area Representative for Cambridgeshire.

"I've been a volunteer for CBM since 2007 in the Ballyclare area where I live. I chose CBM as my father is registered blind and I know how hard it can be for people who are visually impaired to live their day to day lives." - David Warwick, volunteer Northern Ireland Area Representative for CBM.
