Will Salomé See the Way to a brighter future?
For 2 years, Salomé has been blind due to cataracts, which have robbed her of vision, leaving her isolated, struggling to care for her grandchildren and unable to read her precious bible.
Cataracts can be removed with straightforward surgery, but for people like Salomé, living in poverty, treatment which costs £24 is out of reach. But this week, this grandmother’s life could change forever, after cataract surgery at CBM’s partner hospital in Rwanda.
Will you help other grandmothers like Salomé See the Way to a brighter future? Donate now and the UK government will double your gift.
Donate today to help more people See the Way to a brighter future, by improving access to sight-saving surgery, glasses and support. Until 14th May 2019, every pound you give will be doubled by the UK government.
Your donation will help prevent blindness and transform lives wherever the need is greatest. Match funding from the UK government will improve access to sight-saving eye-health services in Rwanda.
