Work with us
Thank you for your interest in working for CBM. We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about bringing their skills to help us break the cycle of poverty and disability.
We are committed to employing disabled people and have been awardedthe disability confident employer accreditation. Under this scheme we are taking action to support the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.
In keeping with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19, CBM UK are pleased to display our Staying COVID-19 Secure in 2020 Certificate.
CBM UK has signed the Age-friendly Employer Pledge, a nationwide programme run by the Centre for Ageing Better to demonstrate our commitment to making our workplace age-friendly.
We’re taking action to improve our recruitment, retention and development of workers aged 50 and over. This will enable us to benefit from the skills and experience of a multigenerational workforce.
Volunteer to change lives
No matter what your time or experience, volunteering can be incredibly rewarding - a chance to meet new people and develop new skills, while helping to change lives.
CBM also uses volunteers around the UK to:
- Give a talk in your local area to your congregation or community club
- Help out at one of our events around the country
- Become a church representative and spread the word about CBM to your church
- Take part in, or organise your own fundraising event.
