Head of Programmes
The Head of Programmes is a senior position within the Programmes Department and plays a pivotal role to ensure quality standards in the delivery of CBM UK Programmes. The Head of Programmes is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Programme Managers and Officers, providing effective mentoring and support through leadership, policy development and good practice.

CBM UK is looking to recruit two new Programme Managers to join the programme team at this exciting time. The purpose of the role is ensuring alignment and close working with the CBM Country offices and partner organisations to ensure quality planning and delivery of programmes for CBMUK.

Supporter Relations Officer
Part of a new exciting team, the Supporter Relations Officer will develop and maintain excellent relationships between CBM and its supporters, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone calling. The position holder will nurture supporters and increase donations and engagement, through excellent ‘customer service’ in our newly established Supporter Relations team. Ultimately, the role will help to create extraordinary and wonderful moments in our donors’ lives through high performing fundraising.
Fundraising & Communications Intern
This is is a tremendous opportunity for someone with excellent written communication skills and a passion for social justice to develop their understanding of charity fundraising and communications.
CBM UK is seeking Trustees with either Financial Management or International Development skills.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for overall governance and strategic direction of CBM UK, developing CBM UK’s aims, objectives and goals in accordance with its governing documents, and legal and regulatory requirements.
