Director of Finance & Operations
This is a senior level key role critical to the organisations future success. Responsible for Financial Management, Strategy Development process, Human Resources, IT, Facilities Management and Company Secretarial functions as well as overall responsibility for CBM UK’s Risk Management Strategy. Head of Programmes
The Head of Programmes is a senior position within the Programmes Department and plays a pivotal role to ensure quality standards with the implementation of CBM UK Programmes. It also provides effective support and encouragement to Programme Managers and Officers through leadership, policy development and good practice.

Supporter Relations – Senior Officer
A new and exciting opportunity to develop and maintain excellent relationships between CBM and its supporters, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone calling and line managing other callers. To nurture supporters and increase donations and engagement through excellent ‘customer’ service and management of a newly established Supporter Relations team. Supporter Relations Officer: Church Fundraising Lead
Part of a new exciting team, the Supporter Relations Officer: Church Fundraising Lead will develop and maintain excellent relationships between CBM and its supporters, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone calling. The position holder will nurture supporters and increase donations and engagement, mainly with church and volunteers, through excellent ‘customer service’ in our newly established Supporter Relations team. Ultimately, the role will help to create extraordinary and wonderful moments in our donors’ lives through high performing fundraising.

The Assistant to the International Director of Eye Health is an excellent position to gain further understanding, or work, within the International Development Sector, with excellent support and possible future opportunities, in a World recognised organisation, that also promotes professional development and training for its employees.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for overall governance and strategic direction of CBM UK, developing CBM UK’s aims, objectives and goals in accordance with its governing documents, and legal and regulatory requirements.
