Register now: Join us to celebrate Christian Blind Mission Sunday on 15 October 2023
This year, we’ll celebrate Christian Blind Mission Sunday on 15 October – the week after World Sight Day (Thursday 12 October). Together, congregations across the country will raise awareness of avoidable blindness, pray for CBM’s work, and raise support, learning about our work to transform lives in the world’s poorest places. We hope you and your church can join with us!
Register to take part in Christian Blind Mission Sunday today.
It is easy to forget those who are out of sight. That’s why many churches choose to include CBM in their service during October, remembering those who others may leave behind – like the blind beggar in Luke 18. As the crowd walked past him, they rebuked him for calling out to Jesus. But Jesus stopped, noticed him, and insisted that the blind man be brought to him for healing. “Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus, praising God. When all the people saw it, they also praised God.” (Luke 18:43)
Every day our partners in the world’s poorest places reach out to the most excluded people with love and support. We hope your church can join us for Christian Blind Mission Sunday this year – the perfect way to remember those who are too often forgotten, celebrate God’s work in their lives and join together to help give sight.
